The TurboChef C3 uses a combination of technologies to perfect their high speed cooking. Using variable-speed high heat air impingement and a bottom launched microwave system. This high speed oven can be located at any work station and can cook appetizers, sandwiches, and entrees with no need to be located underneath a hood or a ventilation system. The C3 is a vent-less cooking oven, because it utilizes an internal catalytic filtration to limit smoke, grease, and odor emission. The C3 oven can be stacked as well. This oven has a smart menu system capable of storing up to 128 recipes. It has a built-in self-diagnostic system for monitoring oven components and performance. This oven is what all food service operators have been looking for. Now one can create an appetizer module without locating the oven underneath the hood. How many times has an operator needed more production and did not have the space to place it within the ventilation system. Not only is that a great feature, this oven is very fast and does a beautiful job with the food.
